Project Manager

Your responsibilities

• Support sales function to provide most cost-effective technical solutions during tender phase.
• Giving presentation of formwork products and projects when required
• Coordinate with Logistics Planner to check materials availability and come up with shipment plan
• Participate in technical kick-off meetings at jobsite when required
• Lead a project team of Design Engineers and Formwork Instructors in daily operations
• Prepare project planning showing all tasks related including  shipment plan, drawing submital plan, assembly, installation and operation process.
• Coordinate with Design Engineers to prepare and submit relevant Drawings and Static Calculation to customer.
• Update project progress with Formwork Instructors regularly and report project results to superiors on a weekly basis.
• Ensure safe working practices and safe working procedures are implemented throughout the course of project.
• Willing to support customer matters related to PERI services including technical issues, product quality or materials shortage on site.

Your profile

• University degree in construction management or civil engneering
• Minimum 5 years experience in the management and development of medium and large projects
• High level of management and leadership skills
• Excellent understanding of AutoCAD Software
• Good computer skills in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Well-developed presentation skills
• Able to schedule projects to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills including excellent command of English (written and spoken)
• Sales experience with a distinctive network in the construction industry
• Willing to travel across Vietnam or oversea for business trip
