Sales Manager – North Region (Based in Hanoi, Vietnam)


Your responsibilities

  • Establish PERI as a reliable and premium supplier for formwork with a substantial market share
  • Assume commercial responsibility for business development in the North region
  • Find new profitable business fields and take necessary actions to penetrate these fields
  • Identify potential PERI customers and establish long term relationships, while maintaining current ones
  • Find cost-effective formwork and shoring solutions for every customer
  • Coordinate and initiate communication between/with all other departments regarding current projects, ensuring projects are executed properly
  • Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services

Your profile

  • Degree in Engineering or Construction Management
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of work experience in the Northern Vietnam area in construction-industry sales (preference given for experience in formwork trading)
  • Very good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation sills
  • Fluency in Vietnamese and English, both written and verbal
  • Open, trustworthy, and honest; able to strictly respect and follow PERI corporate compliance program.
  • Entrepreneurial and self-motivated
