The Project
Impressions from the project process
The project solution and construction site support for fast cycle times
The slab tables, based on the MULTIPROP system, were tailored to match project requirements and could be moved as large-sized units.
The slab tables can be moved to high floors by crane quickly and safety.
Around the central round core, the saw-tooth-shaped floors - including the down-stand beams - were formed trapezoidally with customized slab tables.
Climbing formwork and slab tables formed the basic for completion of the floors, with 3.90 m storey heights, in regular 5-days cycles.
The glass facade spirals 166 m into the sky of Da Nang and give the administration building a futuristic appearance.

The support and consultancy of PERI in engineering, logistics and on-site instruction were provided and received with much enthusiasm. We wish to continue the successful co-operation between TAKCO and PERI in the Vietnam market.
